Paula is an author and speaker who has addressed audiences in schools, colleges, and ministries locally and internationally—from graduation ceremonies where students step into their futures, to church platforms where congregations hunger for the unadulterated Word of God.
Whether Paula is speaking at a graduation ceremony or ministering, she brings the same authenticity—just tailored to her audience. In schools, colleges, and boardrooms, she shares wisdom about purpose, identity, and excellence—truths rooted in her faith but accessible to all. The conviction never changes: one timely word can unfold someone’s destiny.
Paula’s love for educational excellence runs deep. For over 20 years, she has been passionate about equipping others, leading Bible studies for mothers and women, and creating educational resources that make learning engaging and accessible. Her heart for children led her to develop comprehensive church curriculum, including a kids online platform filled with free Bible coloring sheets, online crossword puzzles, Bible trivia quizzes, and more.
As an author, Paula has written extensively for both children and adults. Her children’s book series includes As Special As Can Be, As Cuddly As Can Be, As Colorful As Can Be, and Learning My ABC’s and Numbers. Alongside her husband, Pastor Paul, she co-authored Biblical Healing (now available in Burmese, English, Spanish, French, Marathi, Hindi, Telugu, and Chewa) and Biblical Answers and Guidance for New Christians—a best-seller born from seeing thousands saved at crusade grounds. She has also designed guided journals including Order My Steps for men and a Coloring Journal and Planner for Women.
As a Global Missions Director, Paula pioneered innovative strategies that cut missions costs by 40% while dramatically expanding evangelistic reach to remote regions in Asia and Africa. As a strategic consultant, she has served on several school boards and advised nonprofits, missions organizations, and medical institutions—helping leaders build frameworks that turn vision into sustainable impact.
From that moment at her desk when her principal offered timely words that changed her trajectory, Paula understood the power of Proverbs 25:11: “Timely advice is lovely, like golden apples in a silver basket.” Now, whether she’s standing before a congregation, consulting with leaders, or speaking to students stepping into their futures, her mission remains the same—to create those silver moments where golden words unlock destinies. Because she knows from experience: the right word at the right time can transform everything. That’s the bridge she’s committed to building, one conversation, one strategy, one message at a time.
